RETURN/REFUND

  • Returned items must be in unused and original condition, including original packaging and all accessories.

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., band logos, names, or specific prints) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping costs or any additional fees are non-refundable.

  • It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Faulty or Defective Items
